What are market rates?
Market rates include a full cost perspective including rent adjustments during the lease term, fit-out costs, service charges and reinstatement costs. Also, market rates will depend on micro location dynamics such as the total availability space in a particular building or the current lead time to rent space out in a particular building.
How do we work together?
First, we identify and prioritise your objectives. This includes double checking any tacit objectives, we regularly observe with an outside-in-view. Second, we collect competing offers for you to chose from. Third, the offers are refined and negotiated and will include construction due diligence.
